General Information
In order to log in to the Admin Dashboard and manage any of your CCOL info, you must have a local CCOL Admin account. Before proceeding, please check with your Organization Administrator to make sure that an admin account has been created for you. Please refer to this article to learn more about the different types of admin access.
First Time Usage
After an existing CCOL Admin has added you as an administrator you should receive a Welcome email from your local CCOL. If you have not received this email, please contact your Organization Admin to have a new email generated, then follow these steps:
- Click "Accept Invitation" button or link in the Welcome email.
- You will be taken to a page that asks you to set the password for your Admin Account. Enter a password and click blue "Set My Password" button. Depending on your level of admin access you may be able to view private information, so be sure to follow strong password creation guidelines.
- Once you have set your password, you will be taken to your Admin Dashboard, and can begin creating, editing and managing depending on your access level.
- To log out of your account, click your name in the top right of the page, and select "Log Out" from the menu.
Returning Users
- To return to your Admin Dashboard after you have logged out of a session or on a different computer, go to "chicagocityoflearning.org/admin" to the CCOL website address in your browser.
- Enter the email address for your Admin account and password, and click the blue "Login" button.
- You will be taken to your Admin Dashboard, and can continue creating, editing and managing depending on your access level.
- To log out of your account, click your name in the top right of the page, and select "Log Out" from the menu.
Try Social Log In For Fast, Secure Sign In
- Now you can take advantage of the speed, ease and security of social logins to access your admin account! If your admin email address is associated with a Google, Facebook, Amazon or LinkedIn account, simply click the appropriate button and you will be logged into your dashboard.
- No additional passwords to remember or password resetting necessary! Simply click and log in.
Edit Account Info
- To edit the information in your Admin account, simply click "Edit Account" in the top right of the Dashboard.
- You will be taken to the "Update Your Profile" page. Here you can edit your name, email address and password.
- When you are done editing, click the blue "Update My Profile" button to save your changes.
